Takumi Matsushima

Takumi leads initiatives to avance impact management and manage projects with global partners at Japan Impact Institute. Previously, he worked at an organization supporting fundraising for nonprofits and then spent about five years as an expat for an international NGO in Myanmar and Cambodia, engaging in community development and inclusive education for children with disabilities. He holds certification as an Evaluator from the Japan Evaluation Society and as a Certified Fundraiser. He serves as a Board Member of Trust-Based Philanthropy Japan and is a staff member of the Social Impact Management Initiative (SIMI).
